Oil-stick is a kind of longish, deep fried dough usually serves in breakfast. The name- fried stick, is originated from the Song Dynasty of China, where two villains by the name Qin Kui and his wife, much hated by the commoners, were made into dough shaping as human, then put into hot pot of oil for deep frying and eventually eat them in order to ease their anger.
